Wood is the traditional – and still very widely used – material to create molds and patterns for the casting industry. We have a very skilled group of designers and patternmakers using the best equipment and methods to capture the complexity and dimension of any form.
CNC Capabilities
We are constantly investing in the right technology to amplify the skills of our talented crew. These programmable machine stations not only produce to exact specifications, but can reproduce pieces as needed – tomorrow, next year, or whenever you need. FPS can cut a wide range of dimensions on our custom CNC equipment, including our HAAS VF-4 20 X 50 machine.
CAD Work
We create custom parts in wood or metal through cutting edge computer-aided design. No matter what you need, we can design it, create it, and replicate it for years to come!
